Hello!  My name is Holly Harwood-Edes and I work with Crave Adventure.  I grew up in a family who didn't do the “outdoor” thing.  Yeah we played baseball, soccer, and other sports but a camping trip at the age of 4 was the first and last camping experience of my childhood.  So when I became interested in things like mountain biking, hiking, and backpacking my learning curve was steep.  There was a lot of trial and error, questions asked at local stores, reading lots of Backpacker Magazines, and learning by watching my friends.  I built a strong base of knowledge and experience and then spent a year as a Field Instructor with a Wilderness Survival School in the Pisgah National Forest .  I am currently certified in First Aid & CPR.  Now I want to share my experience and knowledge with other women who themselves want to learn.  Hope to meet you soon!
Hello.  My name is Katrina Roth. I am thrilled to be working with Marty Harwood-Edes as a consultant for Crave.  As a part of the team, I bring the knowledge that true health and wellness take into consideration the whole person.
As a woman who has been on a path to discover her true self along with the perfect pair of jeans, I know that are many facets to wellness.  I have realized that my mental, emotional. spiritual and physical selves are not separate and that each of these pieces must be fostered for true wellness.
I bring to Crave Adventure, my experience working with young adults as a certified teacher and walking my own path, as tools to mentor others.  I can lead one-on-one or group discussions about the struggles and joys we all face as women.  I offer my support as you discover your own path and will stand by you while to start living the life that only you create for yourself.
Hi!  My name is Candice Caldwell, and my goal is to propel all women toward a healthy and active life!
I have 12 years experience as a whitewater kayaker, and most of them were spent traveling all over the US and Europe as a competitive slalom athlete.  As a Jr. US National Team member, I competed in the Jr. World Championships in Poland.  I cross-trained by doing lots of weight lifting, yoga, and trail running.  Thanks to my parents, I also fell in love with many other outdoor/alternative sports such as rock climbing, surfing, hiking, camping, backpacking, etc.
I have had my own struggles with my weight while growing up, and I thought I hated sports and working out when I was young. But discovering outdoors adventure has taught me to love being active!
