CRAVE ADVENTURE
What better way to achieve your fitness goals than to go out and play your way to slim & strong?
With CRAVE Adventure the average woman can learn new technical skills in a supportive environment. Adventures throughout the year may include; day hiking, mountain biking, wilderness survival, camping, paddling, skiing, snowshoeing, backpacking, climbing, and whatever else we can think of. The idea is to get involved in your life and have fun doing it. Health does not have to be bought in a gym. Fitness can be achieved out of doors, in your backyard or on a mountain.
Adventures may be as short as an hour long workshop on navigation, or as long as a week tackling a portion of the Appalachian Trail. They may be intimate with just 2-3 people or encompass a larger group of up to 12. Many Adventures will be led solely by CRAVE while some will require additional services for specific activities (like ski resort activities or paddling outfitters).
Most Adventures will be women only, unless otherwise noted, but if you want us to design an Adventure for just your group let us know with a three week notice and we'll see what we can do.
Come out and play!
